Abstract:

Peut-on reformuler une partie de la physique moderne en termes de dynamique d’un milieu énergétique continu, sans rompre avec l’expérience ni contredire les résultats établis ? Ce travail examine cette possibilité dans une perspective méthodique et testable. Il ne s’agit pas de rejeter la relativité, mais d’explorer si ses résultats peuvent recevoir une lecture plus explicitement mécanique et causale. Le modèle proposé se veut compatible avec les confirmations expérimentales de l’électromagnétisme et de la relativité. Il en reproduit les effets essentiels, tout en s’en distinguant sur certains points conceptuels susceptibles, en principe, d’entraîner des différences expérimentales décisives. L’espace-temps n’y est plus posé comme structure géométrique fondamentale, mais comme une abstraction émergente issue de la dynamique d’un milieu énergétique régi par des lois locales de conservation. Les champs électromagnétiques apparaissent comme des grandeurs dérivées décrivant l’état de ce milieu. Les équations de Maxwell et la force de Lorentz émergent de sa dynamique. Des phénomènes tels que le facteur de Fresnel, la contraction des longueurs ou la relation masse-énergie sont réinterprétés comme des effets liés à la propagation finie des interactions et à l’inertie énergétique du champ. L’ensemble forme un cadre cohérent et quantitativement testable.
