Abstract:
The universe may have a fine ubiquitous three-dimensional structure which defines the gross structure, by not only forming a gravitational force, but by being the mechanism for transmission of electro-magnetic radiation. The structure allows for close agreement with all the usual and more unusual findings of classical physics including time dilation, gravitational and Doppler red shift, and others. There are minor changes to some of the classical equations.
