The Michelson-Morley experiment proved that ether does not move in the horizontal direction. But the vertical direction was stated by Fatio and LeSage 200 years earlier. Ether has a velocity of 387 m/s toward the center of Earth, causing a gravity of 9.81 m/s^2. It is very disturbing that the multitude of Theoretical Physicists and Nobel prize winners could not or would not correct the gross error.
