Abstract:

A proposal to conduct fundamentally a new test which can determine whether the speed of light propagation in an optical (transparent) medium depends on the motion of Earth in space, as follows from the formula of the Fresnel or it is constant and it does not change, as follows of special relativity. In fact this experiment of direct verification is subjected the principle of relativity of Einstein.
